四、食用性Operating characteristics

1、  额定负载端电压Rated Voltage

电缆电线额定负载线电压U₀/U(U_m)为：0.6/1(1.2)kV

U₀：电揽制作用的导体对地或金属制屏避左右的额定容量工频电压降；

U_m：设备可承受压力的“是最高的系统化电阻“的最大化值。

数据线的额定容量线电压应ཧ比较适合数据线所在地软件的꧂运转前提条件。为了能让尽可能使进行数据线，将软件定义为哪项三大类：

The rated voltage of cable shall be applicable t🌃o system operation condition where the cable lain in. According to cable selecting, the system will be described as 3 types as follow:

——A类：指定相导体与地或接地保护导体接觸时，能在1min内与系统分隔。

When any phase of cable conductor is contacting with earth conductor, 🉐the cable ♎will be isolated     with the system.

——B类：可在220V跨接问题时作短期😼加载，但其它情况下下不适合已经超过8h，每一𝓰年的接地系统系统故障总不间断用时不应已经超过125h。

The system is allowed to run for 8 hours, when the single-phase earth fault is existing. And the total earth-fault time of 1 year won't be above 125 hours.

——C类：以及不是A类和B类的系統。

They are including all systems besides A and B.

注：在装置接地线极问题没能当即智能解除冻结时，问题前一天加在缆线绝缘电阻干过高的电磁场挠度，会在相应限度上缩减缆线壽命。如装置预期的会经常性地行驶在更久的接地线极问题动态下，该装置应划为C类。

When the system earth fault can't be removed automatically, the life of cable will be shortened in some degree because of the over-high electric stess beared by cable insulation.

2、  导体額定工作中高温The rated temperature of conductor

The maximum assigned temperature of the cable conductor is ： XLPE insulated is 90℃, PVC ins🐼ulated is7🅰0℃.

虚接时（最远保持时间段不多于5sﷺ）电缆线导体的比较高体温不突破: 交连聚乙稀隔绝250℃, 聚氯乙稀绝缘性160℃。

During having🎃 a short circuit, lasting l꧅ess than 5 seconds, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above: XLPE insulated is 250℃, PVC insulated is160℃

3、  敷设区域环境温暖Ambient temperature for laying

电线敷设时的区域环境温暖应不小于0℃，一旦需要前提暖机。

During the cable laying, the ambไient temperature must be above 0℃，if n🔜ot the cable need be preheated.

4、  重新安装微弯弧长The bend radius

装有时电缆线不大微弯圆的半径见表2.

5、  敷设行为

拖链电缆如果没有敷设坡度影响。There is no limit of ܫhead drop during the cable laying.

电线电缆能接受敷设置在车间内、室内、新鲜空气采和土壤有机质中，能接受小面积的有雨水。

The cabl🎶e may be laid in indoor, outdoor, air and soil. The cabl📖e may be immersed in water locally.

低压电线敷设方式方法可能ꦬ是铁路隧道、管道网、低压电🐟线沟、金属线槽、配管，铠装低压电线合法直埋地底，钢板铠装低压电线合法径直敷设。

The cable may be laid in tunnel, pi🐼pe, trench, conduit and on cable bridge. The amoured cable can be laid undergroud, and the wire-▨ amoured cable can be laid vertically.

单芯缆线不不可以敷位于吸引力金屬管道。

The single core cable mustn't be laid in the magnetic metal pipes.

电缆电线敷设生活环境应为很好的散热性能因素。

The envir𒐪oment of cable laying shall be in good heat dissipation condition.

6、  拖链数据线敷设时导体最主要不可以带动力和拖链数据线最主要不可以侧经济压力

七、新产品构造Product structure

1、导体conductor

导体是指合适GB/3956 的第1 种或第2种裸热处理铜🤪导体或电镀🅠金属层热处理铜导体，或这二种之四的裸铝导体或铝碳素钢导体；甚至第5种裸铜导体或电镀属层固溶处理铜导体。

The 🦋conductor𝄹 shall meet the first one of the requirement of GB/3956 or the second one of that, that is bare anneal copper conductor, or bare aluminium conductor or aluminium alloy, or the fifth one of that, that is bare copper conductor or metal coated anneal copper conductor.

2、接地insutation

接地应协调一致挤包在导体上，且应特别容易剥落而不神经损伤接地体、导体或化学镍。

The insulation layer sha🌊ll be extruded on the conductor, and it shall be easy to be stripped without damages on insulation, conductor ♋and coating layer.

3、关闭Screen

合金拦截电力电缆拦截层该选用软铜带，双层结构重重叠叠绕包。

The screen layer shall be flexible copper 𓂃tape with sing🌟le overwrapping type.

4、屏蔽套（有铠装数据线）Inner sheath（Armoured cables）

利用聚氯乙稀（PVC）或聚丁二烯（PE）挤包在缆芯上。

5、  铠装Amour

多芯铠装拖链电缆的铠装资料要选用冷镀钢表带。

单芯铠装电揽的铠装选用用非磁块村料。只能𓆉根据朋友规定要可以选择用不绣钢带、铝带、铅合👍金钢带或铜带，如无规定要通常选用用不绣钢带。

The amour of the multiple cable shall be zinc-plated steel tape, but the amour of the single cable uesed in AC circuit shall be non-magnetic metal-tape or metal-wire. The tappering mode of meta🍃l tape should adopt double layer open tappering, and the mode of metal wire shall mutiple concentric stranding.

注：大🌼规模现实材料，通过了三种特定组成部分铠装（如增加铁丝的隔磁组成部分）的单芯高压电缆线使用在洽谈双回路时均显现高压电缆线发热的原因促使载热度大有的降低的迹象，这些不网友推荐通过了。

Note: A large number of facts show that the single cable with the special structure amour in the AC circuit exists the heating phenomenon, thus causing the reduction of current capacity. The manufacturer don't suggest to adopt this kind cable.

6、  外绝缘护套outer sheath

利用ST₂型聚氯氯乙烯绝缘护套料或ST₇型聚丁二烯（PE）保护套料挤包在铠装、共同导体上。

The materials of outer sheath are extruding ST₂ PVCor ST₇ PV on amour, insulation or cable cores.

7、样品数据线的标制Cable marks

原材料电览的外保护套外面印上厂名、形号、额定功率交流电压、芯数、标称受力和米数的间断圆形标志。
