1、 数据线导体的太久不能上班体温：
聚氯氯乙烯（PVC）隔热及聚氯乙烯（PE）隔绝应不超过了70℃；
交连聚乙稀（XLPE）绝缘带应不超过了90℃。
聚集计算聚丁二烯（HDPE）绝缘性应不不超75℃。
Max. permissible continuous temperature:
PVC、PE insulated aerial cables:70℃
XLPE insulated aerial cables:90℃
HDPE insulated aerial cables:75℃
2、 跳闸时（最远快速时长不多于5秒）电线导体的最高的平均温度应不大于：
聚氯丁二烯绝缘电阻空架线缆：160℃;
聚乙稀绝缘性空架低压电缆：130℃；
化学交联聚丁二烯绝缘带空架电缆电线：250℃。
高导热系数聚丁二烯（HDPE）绝缘带应不高出150℃。
Max. short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed:
PVC insulated aerial cables: 160℃;
PE insulated aerial cables: 130℃;
XLPE insulated aerial cables: 250℃.
HDPE insulated aerial cables:150℃
3、 敷设情况温湿度
电缆线敷设时的氛围室温应不达不到-20。
Installation ambient temperature
The ✱installation ambient temperature should not below -20℃。
4、 电缆线的容许弯度转弯半径
（1）额定值的电压0.6/1KV电线：
拖链电缆外径需小于25mm者，应不少于4D；
缆线的外径D为25mm及以上的者，应不高于6D。
（2）额定容量线电压U(Um)为10(12)kV电缆线：
单芯低压电缆应不乘以20(D+d)；
多芯电览应不少于15(D+d)；
之中：D——电线的真正外径(mm)；d——电线电缆导体的实际情况外径(mm)。
The permissible bending radius of cable (wire):
（1）The cable of which the rated voltage is 𝔍0.6/1kV：
If the external diameter of cable (D) is less than 25mm, it m🍌ust be more than𝔉 four times of D
If the external diamete🎀r of cable is 25mm and above, it must be more than six times of D.
（2）If the rated voltage U (Um) of the cabl🍎e is 10（12）kV：
For single core cables, it must be more than tw🅺enty times of D plus d.
For multiple cores cables, it must be more than fift𓆏een times of D plus d.
Notes: D— practical external diameter of tꦑhe cable (mm);
d— prac🦩tical exteওrnal diameter of the cable conductor (mm).
5、 系统性额定功率交流电压System rated voltage
額定电压值为0.6/1kV，电线低压低压电缆应🎉用于联席会装置性时，电线低压低压电缆的特殊负载电阻值必须应相当该🥂装置性的特殊负载电阻值。当应用于直流变压器装置性时，该装置性的特殊负载电阻值应面积不达到电线低压低压电缆特殊负载电阻值的1.5倍。当系統的上班电阻应不于系統功率电阻的1.1倍。
功率线电压为10kV架ꦰ空线耐压电览用于于二相一定接地发动机故障周期,每个人次基本很小于1min的整体。也都可以于最久次次不超过了8h。年年显示器不高于125h的机系统。
When the cables use in alternating current system with rated voltage 0.6/1.0kV, rated voltage of cables should be at least equal t𓂃he rated voltage of tꦏhe system; When the cables use in direct current system, rated voltage should be not greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cables. The system working voltage should be not greater than 1.1 of system rated voltage.
The aerial insulated cables rated voltage 10kV can be applicable to the system whose single-phase earth fault will be less than 1min/time. And the cable can be also used in the system whose maximum single-phase earth fault will less than 8h/time and total earth-fault time of 1 year won't be above 125 hours.
6、 拖链电缆运输车和保证想要
电揽盘不同意平放。
货物运输中请勿从最高处抛下配有数据线的数据线盘，请勿设备磨损数据线。
缆线假设应该分层选用，缆线分层后应该用放水封帽将缆线头密封垫，以防存水。
The requirements on transportation and storage:
The cable reels shall not be deliveꦿred and stored in flat state.
It is strictly forbidden to push th😼e cable reel from the hꦯigh level in order to prevent the cable from damages
If the cable should be used section ally, the head of the cable must be sealed in order to prevent water intake.

1、导体 Conductor
导体应主要包括紧压弧形绞合的铜、铝或铝耐热合金高压导线。钢芯铝绝缘线线芯的钢芯则主要包括💯镀锌钢管钢板绞合而成。电流电压器引停𒉰机用的功率电流电压10kV架空线隔热低压电缆导体应通过TR型软铜圆线。
The materials of conductor shall be the twisted tighte🌺ned cylinder copper, alumium or alumium alloy wires. The steel core shall be stranded galvanizing steel wires.
The aerial insulated cabl💝es with rated voltages of 10 kV, conductor which is used as drop wire of transformer shall be TR soft copper round wire.
2、导体屏蔽掉
&🍷nbsp;功率端电压为10kV高压电缆沟耐压电阻高压电缆，除轻式薄耐压电阻结构的外均应当有导体关闭，导体关闭应以挤包的可化学交联的半导电关闭文件形成，以减少导体和耐压电阻间的静电场密集。
固定交流电压为1kV架空线路隔热线缆无屋内手机屏蔽格局
Aerial insulation cabl🧔es of rated voltages 10kV, besides light and thin insulated cable, shall have conductor screen which are extruded on cross-linked semi-conductor screen materials.
Aꦑerial ꧃insulated cables with rated voltages 1 kV have no inner and outer screen.
3、耐压
功率电阻为10kV的架空线路电接地数据线，电接地应用到化学交联聚丁二烯（X෴LPE）或高相对密度聚丁二烯（HDPE）搭配料，无半导电禁掉掉层型式的架空线电缆电线绝缘带带料应选择咖啡色耐候料。绝缘带带应优势互补地挤包在导体或导体禁掉掉上。
额定容量电压电ꦇ流为0.6/1kV的架空线接地线缆，接地利用耐候的聚氯氯乙烯（PVC）、聚乙稀（PE）、化学交联🅘聚氯乙烯（XLPE）为基的白色混合着料匀挤包在导体上。

4、接地禁掉
额定值电压为10kV的空♊架绝缘层电揽，3芯绞分解缆的隔热线芯，该有挤包的半导电隔热屏弊掉层，选取可剥落半导电屏弊掉料。
Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV ,The insulation cores of 3-cores s🍃tranded cable shall have the extruded semi-conductor screen layer which shall be unstrippable semi-conductor screen materials.
3、原料线缆的圆形标志cable marks
半成品高压电缆的外保护套外表印满厂名、形号、額定相电压、芯数、标称断面和米数的连继标志牌。
The outer sheath of the cable shall have the following information printed at regular intervals throughout the length of the cable: Manufacturer's Name, Type of cable, Rated Voltage, the numbers of cores, Sectional Area and Meters Number of Continuous Marks.
